How much will my order cost?

The price for each cake, cupcake, cookies, etc varies based on design and size.  Click on this link to access our standard pricing page.

When/How do we settle our order?

All orders must be paid in full (to MakeandBake.to@gmail.com) 5-7 days prior to pick up.  No need for a deposit to lock in your spot, but watch out - dessert won't be served if the invoice isn't settled on time!

How far in advance do I need to order?

For large custom dessert orders, bookings can fill up as early as two months in advance. It is important to contact us as soon as possible to avoid missing out. However, please don’t hesitate to contact us with your enquiry as there may be a spot available.

How do I transport my desserts?

When transporting, please ensure your cake, cupcakes, and/or boxed desserts are placed on a flat, level surface, like in the car trunk or the footrest area.  Do not carry cakes on your lap.  If you are travelling with your cake after you take it home, keep the cake refrigerated as long as possible in order for the cake to keep firm for transportation.

Should I store the cake in the fridge?

If necessary, cakes can be refrigerated but should be left out of the fridge for a minimum of 2 hours before serving. Cakes that have been sliced must be stored in an airtight container before refrigeration and can be stored in a fridge for up to a week and for up to 3 weeks in the freezer.

Should I store the cupcakes in the fridge?   

Do not refrigerate cupcakes. Store the cupcakes in an airtight container at room temperature (18-22 degrees Celsius) for up to 2 days

Should I store the cookies in the fridge?

Do not refrigerate cookies. Store the cookies on the counter for 2 days in a cool area and if they are heat sealed, up to 2 weeks on the counter, 3 months in the freezer

Are your desserts nut-free?

While nut-free options are offered, please note that our baked goods are prepared in a facility that may also handle wheat, dairy, eggs, and nuts.

Where do I pick up my order from?

We have pick up locations in both Etobicoke (Royal York & Lawrence) and Bloor West (Runnymede & Annette)

Do you deliver?

While we generally do not provide delivery service, feel free to inquire as we may be able to arrange delivery for a small fee.
